Godhuli is an Aviation enthusiast and veteran who aims to fill the gap between industry-required competences and current trainee knowledge through quality, affordable training. Her decade of experience spans from a Five Star Hotel Executive to an Inflight Manager. She began at The Park Hotel, New Delhi and was part of the pilot team at Shangri-la Hotel, before joining Air Deccan (later Kingfisher) as an Air Hostess — promoted to Senior Inflight Manager within a year, with around four thousand hours of flying experience as a Cabin Crew Member.

She trained Junior Cabin Crew on Check Flights covering Safety, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Bomb Threat, Hijack, Survival, Dangerous Goods Regulations, AVSEC, Ground Handling and Emergency Procedures. She holds D.G.C.A. certifications and has trained hundreds of students across Aviation and Hospitality institutes in Bangalore.

A veteran with more than 3 decades of cross-industry experience. Served in the Indian Navy for 15 years as a maintenance Artificer, retiring as a Junior Commissioned Officer. Subsequently worked at HAL Air India (JWG) as a Technical Officer at Bangalore International Airport, and as Faculty at Hindustan Aviation Academy (DGCA approved AME institute). Held roles at Air India SATS (BIAL) as Maintenance Supervisor, and at SIKA Inter Plant Systems on aerospace domain evaluation for HAL, DRDO and ISRO projects.

An expert in Airfield Fire Fighting, Airside Driving, Apron Safety, ISAGO, and First Aid training for aviation personnel.

Jude completed his studies in Hospitality and Tourism at Farnborough College of Technology, UK, and holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from ICS Canada / IITC Bangalore. He is trained in the IATA Standard Course (Geneva) and Galileo India (General Systems Course, Air Travel ABTA London certified). With 15 years of industry experience, he is associated with Essence Learning as a Hospitality Trainer.

With a background in event management, Charmee is passionate about guiding students on human relations, clothing, grooming and creating lasting first impressions.

She works on visual, communication and soft skills to help each student project an authentic, appropriate and attractive image — helping them be the best version of themselves.

She also has hands-on experience at The Park Hotel, Kolkata in the Food and Beverage department, and imparts training to students in customer service, communication skills and the aviation industry.

Passionate about inclusive leadership and building highly effective teams through initiatives like Book Review Club, Fun Friday and Speak-Up.

Vijay holds an Engineering degree and a Masters in Marketing. He is a GE-certified Green Belt in Six Sigma and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, Pennsylvania, and has completed Dale Carnegie’s Train the Trainer programme. He has presented papers at ASTD conferences in Washington and Chicago (2009 & 2010) alongside Phil Jackson on “A Passage to India”.

At Essence Learning she ensures high standards of industry grooming and code of conduct among new trainees, making sure every student is fully prepared before their job interview.
